No. 19 Baker Sweeps Heart Men’s Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week Honors

No. 19 ranked Baker University teammates Quentin Harvey and Ahmed Mahgoub swept both Heart Men's Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week awards on Monday.

Harvey was selected the Heart Offensive Player of the Week, while for the second-straigh week, Mahgoub earned the Heart Defensive Player of the Week.

Baker went 2-0 in Heart play last week with an 84-61 win over Missouri Valley on November 13 and an 89-70 home win over Clarke.

In the two games, Harvey averaged 28 points per game and six rebounds per game. He scored 32 points in the win over Clarke.

Mahgoub totaled 13 rebounds, six steals and four blocks between two games last week, including an impressive performance at Clarke where he finished with 10 rebounds, four steals and two blocks.
