Heart Men’s Basketball Players of the Week, presented by WinWon Announced – December 17

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Men's Basketball Players of the Week, presented by WinWon on Monday afternoon.

Aidan Yamilkoski of Mount Mercy University was selected the Heart Offensive Player of the Week, while Jaden Robinson of Park University earned the Heart Defensive Player of the Week honor.

Yamilkoski averaged 27 points per game last week for the Mustangs, as he scored 29 points in a win over Benedictine and 25 in a loss at Culver-Stockton College.

The sophomore averaged 5.5 rebounds per game and 2.0 assists per game.

Robinson helped lead the Pirates to a two-game Heart sweep last week, an 80-73 home win over CMU and an 80-70 home win over Culver-Stockton.

In the two victories, the senior had nine total defensive rebounds, along with five steals and two blocks. Robinson also helped defend CMU's Destin Jenkins, who is the team's leading scorer, to a season-low seven points.
