Heart Cross Country Runners of the Week Revealed

The Heart of America Athletic Conference revealed its Cross Country Runners of the Week on Monday afternoon.

Briana Admire of William Penn University was selected the Heart Women's Runner of the Week, while Logan Lucas of Culver-Stockton College earned the Heart Men's Runner of the Week award.

Admire and her teammates competed at the St. Ambrose Invitational. The freshman ran the 5,000m race in a time of 20:48 and placed seventh out of a total of 38 runners.

Lucas broke the C-SC school record in the 4-mile race by over three minutes with his time of 21:38 at the Luther All-American Invitational. He placed 14^th out of 114 total runners.
