Solombrino Earns Third Heart Women’s Golfer of the Week, Streck Named Heart Men’s Golfer of the Week

For the third time this fall season, Park University's Laetitia Solombrino earned the Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week award, while Evangel's Reagan Streck picked up his first Heart Men's Golfer of the Week of the 2022 fall season.

Solombrino earned the individual title at the Park University Virginia McCoy Fall Invite with first and second round scores of 77-77 to finish 154 and just seven over par. She won the event over 33 other golfers and the Pirates won the team title, in a field of six total teams. The Pforzheim, Germany product also capture this award back on September 12 and October 3.

Streck and the Valor competed at the Evangel Fall Invitational last week and the senior shot an impressive 62 in round one, breaking the program record for lowest score. He followed that up with 69 in round two to earn the individual championship. The Tulsa, Oklahoma native also helped the Valor win the team title, in a field of five total team's.
