MidAmerica Nazarene University Wins 2024 Heart Women's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship

MidAmerica Nazarene University captured its sixth Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship in program history on Saturday, as they earned 169.50 points, just over six points ahead of second-place Benedictine College.

The 2024 event which was presented by WinWon Technologies took place inside Liston Stadium on the campus of Baker University.

This is the first Heart championship for head coach Anthony Yates, but number six for the program in its history: 2024, 2019, 2018, 2007, 2006, 2004.

Similar to the 2024 Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Conference Championship, Central Methodist University's Renee Finke was the top scorer of the event.

The following awards will be announced on Monday, Heart Coach of the Year, Assistant Coach of the Year, Track Athlete of the Meet and Field Athlete of the Meet.

The top three finishers in each event will be considered 2024 Heart Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference athletes. 1st Place = First Team All-Conference, 2nd Place = Second Team All-Conference, 3rd Place = Third Team All-Conference, and fourth, fifth and sixth place finishers in each event will be considered 2024 Heart Outdoor Track & Field Honorable Mention All-Conference.
