Preview: Heart Competitive Cheer Conference Championship

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The 2021 Heart of America Competitive Cheer Championship is set for Friday, February 26, inside the Cook Center on the campus of MidAmerica Nazarene University. | CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL / WATCH LIVE

Missouri Valley will take aim to claim its fifth consecutive conference title at the event. Last season, the Vikings led the pack with a 76.53 score in the prelims and a 78.65 mark in the finals. MVC is currently ranked 7th in the NAIA with an average score of 82.04 through three competitions.

This year's postseason event serves as a national qualifying event for the first time in league history. The winning team will clinch an automatic berth to the 5th Annual NAIA Competitive Cheer Championship on March 12-13 in Davenport, Iowa.
