Baker and Grand View to Represent the Heart at This Week’s NAIA Competitive Dance Championship
As 12 teams prepare for the 2022 NAIA Competitive Dance National Championships on March 11-12, two Heart teams join in the preparations, as Baker University and Grand View University will be representing the conference at the National Championship in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Baker, who is the 2022 Heart Champions and 2022 Midwest Grouping Champions will be appearing in their sixth NAIA National Championship.
The Wildcats won the 2022 Heart Championship on February 19 with 92.08 points, finishing ahead of second-place Grand View, who posted a score of 89.96.
The Grand View Vikings earned an at-large bid to the upcoming event and this also marks their sixth-appearance at the National Championship.
On March 11, the Vikings will perform first out of the 12 teams, while Baker will perform sixth.
