No. 2 Grand View to Clash Against No. 1 Keiser in the 2024 NAIA-FCS National Championship Game

The No. 2 nationally ranked Grand View Vikings are looking to make history on Saturday, as they take on No. 1 ranked and defending national champion Keiser University (Fla.) in the 2024 NAIA-Football Championship Series (NAIA-FCS) National Championship game. 

Kickoff for the 69^th Annual Championship game is set for 11 AM CST and will take place inside the Durham County Memorial Stadium in Durham, N.C.

This marks the third-straight season the Seahawks will compete in the NAIA-FCS National Championship game.

In 2022 they lost to Northwestern (Iowa), 35-25. In 2023 they beat Northwestern (Iowa), 31-21.

In their last game, they defeated Heart of America Athletic Conference opponent, No. 9 ranked Benedictine College, 42-38, to advance to the title game.

Grand View will be competing in the NAIA National Championship game for the third time in their programs history.

The Vikings won the National Championship in 2013, defeating Cumberlands (Ky.), 35-23, in Rome, Ga.

Then in 2021, in Durham, NC, the Vikings played Morningside in the title game, losing 38-28.

With a win on Saturday, Grand View would become the first program in the history of the Heart of America Athletic Conference's to win a football national championship.
