2023 Heart Men’s Basketball Conference Tournament

No. 1 seeded William Penn University captured their fourth-straight Heart Men's Basketball Conference Tournament championship on Tuesday night, with a 95-82 victory over No. 2 seeded Peru State on the Statesmen's home floor.

The tournament began on Thursday, February 23 with the Quarterfinal round on campus sites across the Heart. 

Four teams moved onto the Heart Semifinals on campus sites of the highest remaining seeds on Saturday, February 25 and the Championship commenced on Tuesday, February 28 on the campus of William Penn University.

William Penn is now the four-time defending Heart Men's Basketball Conference Tournament Champions.

The Statesmen went 25-3 overall and 21-2 in Heart play in the regular season. They have also now won four-straight Heart regular season titles.
