Final Heart Men's Basketball Player of the Week Awards of 2025 Announced

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its final Heart Men's Basketball Players of the Week of the season, presented by WinWon on Monday afternoon.

Connor Davis of Culver-Stockton captured the Heart Offensive Player of the Week award, while Cawhan Smith of Missouri Valley was named the Heart Defensive Player of the Week.

Davis averaged 26.5 points per game last week, as he scored 24 against Central Methodist and 29 against Missouri Valley.

He was a perfect, 17-of-17 from the free-throw line on the week and shot 54.5-percent from three-point range.

Smith and the Vikings split a pair of games last week, with a road loss at Park, 85-67, but bounced back for an 85-75 win over Culver-Stockton.

He played in all but two minutes last week and had an impressive seven steals in the win over Culver-Stockton, along with seven rebounds.
