William Penn Wins Second Heart Men’s Bowling Conference Championship
The William Penn University men's bowling team earned their second Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship this weekend, after a thrilling victory over Peru State in the Championship round.
The event took place at Statesmen Lanes in Oskaloosa, Iowa. William Penn also won the championship in 2021.
In Sunday's championship round, the Statesmen defeated Peru State in four games out of seven, 196-171, 156-180, 252-152, 220-200, 168-173, 184-225, 200-173.
