Baker Sweeps Heart Golf Weekly Awards

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's and Women's Golfer of the Week awards on Monday, as Baker University swept the awards.

Drew Lisec earned the Heart Men's Golfer of the Week, while Paula Martin-Montero garnered the Heart Women's Golfer of the Week.

Lisec and the Wildcats competed at the CBC Invite and shot a 69 in Round 2 and followed that up with an even 72 to shoot a three-day total of 220, tying for second-place.

The event featured 11 teams and 67 golfers.

Martin-Montero finished, T-5^th with her rounds of 78 and 82. She competed in a field with 37 total golfers and six teams.
