Heart Men’s Soccer Players of the Week Announced – October 28

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's Soccer Player of the Week award winners, presented by WinWon on Monday.

Rick Hovinga of No. 23 ranked MidAmerica Nazarene earned the Heart Offensive Player of the Week award, while Noah Reuscher of (RV) Benedictine was named the Heart Defensive Player of the Week.

Hovinga became MNU's all-time career goals leader with four goals last week. Two in a 2-1 win over Park and two in a 3-2 win over Culver-Stockton.

Reuscher and the Ravens went 1-0-1 last week with a 2-1 win over (RV) Central Methodist and a 0-0 tie against No. 8 ranked William Penn.

The junior goalkeeper had five saves in the draw against WPU and two in the win over CMU.
