Heart Men’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week – Week 2

The Heart of America Athletic Conference selected its Heart Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Monday, as Graceland University's Michael Millslagle earned his first Heart Field Athlete of the Week award of 2022 and Isaiah Wittrock of Grand View was named the Heart Track Athlete of the Week.

Millslagle won the men's high jump over 12 other competitors at the Washburn Rust Buster with a mark of 2.01m, hitting the NAIA's 'B' Standard.

Wittrock posted a school record time of 2:28.49 in the men's 1,000m run, taking home first place at the Battle in the Hive, hosted by St. Ambrose University.

He also ran anchor on Grand View's 4x400m relay team that finished in third-place.
