Wittrock, Millslagle Selected Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week honors on Monday, as Grand View University's Isaiah Wittrock was named the Heart Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, while Michael Millslagle of Graceland was selected the Heart Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Wittrock placed first in two events at the St. Ambrose Fighting Bee Invite last week, as he won the 1-mile race in a time of 4:14.33, hitting the NAIA 'A' Standard and won the 800m race in a time of 1:54.55, also hitting the 'A' Standard, qualifying him for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships.

This is the second-straight Heart Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honor for Millslagle. This past week, the Lamoni, Iowa product won the men's high jump at the Grinnell Invitational with a mark of 2.08m, hitting the NAIA 'A' Standard. The week before he hit the 'A' Standard with a jump of 2.05m.
