Ceondae Adams, Michael Millslagle Earn Heart Indoor Track & Field Weekly Honors
The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Monday, as Ceondae Adams earned his second Heart Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor of 2023, while Michael Millslagle earned his third-straight Heart Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honor.
The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Monday, as Ceondae Adams earned his second Heart Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor of 2023, while Michael Millslagle earned his third-straight Heart Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honor.
Adams set the school record in the men's 60-meter dash with his time of 6.82 at the Northwest Missouri State University Bearcat Open. He currently ranks No. 1 in the Heart and 13th nationally in that event.
Millslagle won the high jump at the Washburn Open with his jump of 2.15m, which was the Graceland school record and Washburn facility record. He now ranks No. 1 in the NAIA in the high jump and hit the NAIA 'A' Standard of qualification for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships.
