WinWon Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week Announced

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its WinWon Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon.

Nathan Limas of Grand View University captured the Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week award, while Michael Millslagle of Graceland earned the Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Limas placed first in the 5,000m racewalk at the Cornell Invitational on Saturday with a time of 22:50.32. That time hit the NAIA 'A' standard of qualification for the National Championships.

Millslagle broke the meet, facility and school record last Saturday at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic in the men's high jump with a jump of 2.20m.

He currently ranks No. 1 in the NAIA in the high jump.
