Central Methodist University Earns First-Ever Heart Men's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship
For the first-time in program history, Central Methodist University captured the Heart of America Athletic Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship on Saturday, as they earned 154.50 points, 37.50 points ahead of second-place William Penn.

The 2024 event which was presented by WinWon Technologies took place inside Liston Stadium on the campus of Baker University.
Under the direction of head coach Kenny Anderson, the Eagles have now won their first-ever Heart Women's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship and Men's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championship in its programs history, with the women winning in 2023.
Myles Ellis of MidAmerica Nazarene University scored the most points of any athlete at the event. He took home first-place in both the 400-meter dash and 200-meter dash.
The following awards will be announced on Monday, Heart Coach of the Year, Assistant Coach of the Year, Track Athlete of the Meet and Field Athlete of the Meet.
The top three finishers in each event will be considered 2024 Heart Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference athletes. 1st Place = First Team All-Conference, 2nd Place = Second Team All-Conference, 3rd Place = Third Team All-Conference, and fourth, fifth and sixth place finishers in each event will be considered 2024 Heart Outdoor Track & Field Honorable Mention All-Conference.
