First Heart Men’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week of 2025 Announced

The Heart of America Athletic Conference Announced its first Heart Men's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week award of 2025, presented by BoxOut on Monday afternoon.

D'Artagnon Beaver of William Penn University earned the Heart Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor, while teammate Anthony Weaver was selected the Heart Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Beaver won the 3,000m run in a time of 8:49.44 at the St. Ambrose Battle in the Hive. The senior also placed second in the one mile run in a time of 4:24.26.

Weaver, who also competed at the Battle in the Hive, won the triple jump with a mark of 14.81m and hit the NAIA 'A' Standard of qualification for the NAIA National Championship.

The sophomore placed ninth overall in the long jump with a mark of 6.40m.
