Evangel Sweeps Heart Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week Awards

The Evangel University outdoor track & field program swept all four Heart of America Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week awards on Monday, as Koby Graham was selected the Heart Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week, Liam Boivin earned the Heart Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, Jacee Wilson was named the Heart Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week and Delaney Weimer garnered the Heart Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Graham broke the Evangel school record in the Javelin with a toss of 58.50m to place second at the Harding Spring Invitational. He finished runner-up in a field of 16 athletes, he also hit the NAIA 'A' standard to qualify for the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

Boivin placed first in the men's 400m hurdles over the weekend in a time of 55.88. He raced past all 11 competitors.

Wilson finished fourth overall in the women's triple jump with a mark of 10.94m. It broke the Evangel school record.

Weimer placed third overall in the women's 100m dash with her time of 12.45. She had the top NAIA time in the event.
