Heart Men's Volleyball Players of the Week - March 24

The Heart of America Athletic Conference Announced its Heart Men's Volleyball Players of the Week on Monday afternoon.

Michael Olson of No. 5 nationally ranked Missouri Baptist has been selected the Heart Attacker of the Week, while Cameron Werner of UHSP earned the Heart Defender of the Week and David Rudic was selected the Heart Setter of the Week.

Olson and the Spartans went 3-0 last week in Heart play with wins over UHSP, (RV) William Penn and No. 8 Grand View.

Olson had 44 total kills on the week and averaged 4.40 kills per set and hit .432 in those three matches.

Rudic earned the Heart Setter of the Week with 141 total assists, averaging 14.10 assists per set. His high for the week in assists came in the win over William Penn when he had 58 assists.

Werner had 24 total blocks on the week for the Eutectics, averaging 1.71 per set. He also averaged 1.79 kills per set on the week.
