Delaney Straus Earns Third-Straight Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, Fellow Wildcat, Logan Lucas Earns Men’s Runner of the Week

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's and Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week awards on Monday afternoon.

Culver-Stockton College swept the honors, as Delaney Straus won her third-straight Heart Women's Runner of the Week award, while teammate Logan Lucas earned the Heart men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Straus competed at the Luther All-American Invitational and set a new PR with a time of 19:46, after racing back-to-back weeks. The junior placed seventh overall out of 75 total runners in the 5K race.

Lucas ran a lifetime best 4K time of 21:30 at the Luther All-American Invitational. The senior placed 14^th overall out of 125 total runners.
