Massey Earns Second-Straight Runner of the Week, Bickler Captures First of 2024

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Cross Country Runners of the Week, presented by BoxOut on Monday.

For the third time this season, Aidan Massey of Baker University was selected the Heart Men's Runner of the Week, while Rory Bickler of Clarke University was named the Heart Women's Runner of the Week.

Massey competed at the Billy Mills Classic last week and placed first overall with his 8K time of 25:07. It was a personal best time for the senior. He won the event over 48 other competitors.

Bickler and the Pride competed at the Augustana Interregional Invitational last week. The senior placed seventh overall out of 264 total runners with her time of 23:25 in the women's 6K race.
