Heart Softball Players of the Week – February 19

The Heart of America Athletic Conference Announced its Heart Softball Players of the Week on Monday.

Savannah Bray of No. 11 ranked Baker University was named the Heart Player of the Week, while Malarie Huseman of Clarke University earned the Heart Pitcher of the Week.

Bray and the Wildcats earned two victories last week a 13-5 win over Columbia and a 16-1 win over Bethel (Kan.).

For the week, the senior hit three home runs and knocked in seven RBI's and hit .800.

Huseman threw a perfect game against Viterbo in an 8-0 win on February 17. The Dubuque, Iowa native struck out seven batters in the win.
