Givanna Moore of Missouri Valley Garners WinWon Women’s Basketball Player of the Week Honors

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its WinWon Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday, as Giavanna Moore of Missouri Valley College earned the honors.

The junior surpassed the 1,000 career point mark and set a new program record with 36 points in the Vikings' 87-63 win over William Penn.

She also scored 19 points in the road win at Mount Mercy, 79-70. The Independence, Missouri native also averaged 6.5 rebounds per game and 4.0 assists per game on the week.

The Vikings are now 7-1 overall and 5-0 in the Heart.
