Kaylen Moore of No. 5 Benedictine College Sweeps First Heart Women's Lacrosse Weekly Honors

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its first Heart Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week awards on Monday afternoon.

Kaylen Moore of No. 5 ranked Benedictine College swept each award, as she was selected the Heart Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week. 

Moore and the Ravens defeated No. 11 ranked Marian (Ind.), 26-5, last Saturday at home.

The junior finished the game with five goals and seven assists.

She also led the Ravens with 12 of the teams 29 draw controls and led the team with five ground balls and two caused turnovers.
