Moore, Quarles Selected Heart Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week

The Heart of America Athletic Conference Announced its Heart Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday afternoon.

Kaylen Moore of No. 2 ranked Benedictine College was selected the Heart Defensive Player of the Week, while Kaelin Quarles of Culver-Stockton College earned the Heart Offensive Player of the Week.

This marks the sixth-straight Heart Defensive Player of the Week award for Moore.

The junior led the Ravens with 11 caused turnovers on defense, as they knocked off then No. 2 ranked Cumberlands (Ky.), 19-10, and defeated Missouri Valley, 28-3.

She also scored two goals against Cumberlands and five against MVC.

Quarles broke the school record for goals in a game with 12 in a 24-7 home win over Mount Mercy. She also added an assist.
