Andonovski, Frizzell Capture Heart Women’s Soccer Player of the Week Awards

Park University's Dragana Andonovski and Culver-Stockton College's Mackenzie Frizzell were selected the Heart Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week on Monday.

Andonovski and the Pirates went 1-0-1 last week, with a 6-1 victory over the University of St. Mary and tied Ottawa, 2-2.

Andonovski scored five goals last week, earning a hat trick against USM, as she attempted nine shots in the victory, with five on goal.

The Kansas City, Missouri product then scored both of the Pirates' goals against Ottawa. Two of her five goals came as a result of penalty kicks.

In the Wildcats' 6-0 victory over Iowa Wesleyan, the sophomore made three saves to earn the shut out. Culver-Stockton is now 2-2-1 on the season.
