WinWon Women’s Soccer Conference Players of the Week Announced

In the second installment of the WinWon Women's Soccer Player of the Week awards, Taylor Witthauer of William Penn University and Marcelle Thedinga of No. 25 MidAmerica Nazarene were selected for the Offensive and Defensive Conference Players of the Week awards, respectively.

Witthauer scored a career-high four goals in the 7-2 win over Coe College on August 30. The Vancouver, Washington native also recorded an assist. He nine points in the game, were one away from a school record.

Thedinga and the nationally ranked Pioneers, defeated No. 20 ranked Campbellsville, 2-0 on September 2.

The Culemorg, Netherlands product had seven saves in the shutout victory.
