Heart Announces Women’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week - Jan. 23

The Heart of America Athletic Conference Announced its Women's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week on Monday.

Tre'breh Scott of Central Methodist earned the Heart Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, while Madison Green of Grand View was selected the Heart Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Scott broke the facility record in the women's 60m hurdles at the Warrior Indoor Invitational in Fort Wayne, Ind., with her time of 8.67.

She raced past all 29 competitors for a first-place finish and hit the 'A' standard qualifying her for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships.

Green competed at the Northwest Open last week and placed third overall in the women's weight throw with a toss of 16.57m.

She hit the 'A' standard, qualifying her for the NAIA Women's Indoor Track & Field National Championships.
