
Central Methodist University Wins Third Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Conference Championship in the Last Four Years
For the third time in the last four years, Central Methodist University has won the Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Conference Championship, as the Eagles won the 2025 Indoor Championship with a point total of 209 points.
The 2025 Championship was held inside the Hughes Fieldhouse on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo.
Defending Heart Women's Indoor Track & Field Champions, Benedictine placed second with 162 points. Mount Mercy took home third place wiht 100 points.
Dayana Montenegro of Central Methodist University earned the most points of any women's athlete with 30.5 points.
The senior won the women's 400m and the women's 600m races and placed second in the women's 200m. She also helped lead the CMU women's 4x400m relay to a first-place finish.
