Final Heart Women’s Volleyball Player of the Week Awards of 2024 Announced

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its final Heart Women's Volleyball Player of the Week awards, presented by Molten of 2024 on Monday afternoon.

Joana Milho of No. 21 ranked Central Methodist garnered the Heart Attacker of the Week award, while Haley Cahill of (RV) Benedictine College captured her second-straight Heart Setter of the Week honor and Kennedy Miller of Peru State College is this week's Heart Defender of the Week.

Milho and the Eagles defeated Benedictine and Culver-Stockton in three sets last week to capture the Heart regular season conference championship outright.

In those matches, she averaged 3.33 kills per set and hit .366. The junior also had five service aces and 13 digs.

Cahill averaged 9.00 assists per set in three matches last week for the Ravens. In the win over Peru State, the senior had 55 assists and 13 digs.

Miller led the Bobcats with 20 blocks last week, averaging 1.67 blocks per set.
