Camille Humphrey Selected Heart Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week

Missouri Valley runner Camille Humphrey was selected the Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Monday after a stellar race for the Vikings last week.

The freshman helped lead the Vikings to a first-place finish at the Neosho Quad meet in Chanute, Kansas.

She placed second overall with a time of 22:57. The 5K race had a total of 23 runners competing.

There were no nominations for a Heart Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week award this week.
