Pair of Benedictine Runners Capture Heart Runners of the Week

Caroline Cobo and David Mannella of Benedictine College swept this week's Heart Cross Country Runner of the Week awards, announced by the conference office.

Cobo was selected the Heart Women's Runner of the Week, as she placed second out of 125 total runners at the Larry Young Invite.

The San Dimas, California native ran the 5K in a time of 19:00, she finished ahead of all other Heart competitors in the race.

Mannella, also competed at the Larry Young Invite and took home 5^th out of 155 runners. He finished the 8K in a time of 25:44, he too finished ahead of all other Heart runners in the event.
