Baker University Sweeps Heart Cross Country Runner of the Week Awards

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Men's and Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week awards on Monday afternoon.

Baker University swept the awards, as teammates Aidan Massey (Men's Runner of the Week) and Haley Carter (Women's Runner of the Week) took home the honors.

The Wildcats competed at the Gans Creek Classic last Friday. Carter finished the 6K in a time of 23:29 to take home 88^th place out of 306 total runners.

Massey ran the 8K at the Gans Creek Classic last week in a time of 26:06 to place 134^th overall out of 388 total runners.
