Heart Cross Country Runners of the Week, presented by Box Out Announced

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Cross Country Runners of the Week, presented by BoxOut on Monday afternoon.

Aidan Massey of Baker University was selected the Men's Runner of the week, while Central Methodist University's Tara Ozinga garnered the Women's Runner of the Week award.

Massey set a personal record in the men's 8K race at the Billy Mills Classic with a time of 25:07. The senior finished 1^st our of 49 runners to take home the first-place crown.

Ozinga ran a new personal record at the Brian Simpson Invitational last week, with her 5K time of 18:56.

The freshman placed 17^th out of 164 total runners.
